Your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) is the amount of calories your body burns while performing life-sustaining functions (e.g. breathing, eating, cellular activity, etc.)

Your body also burns calories during normal daily activity (e.g working, walking, yard work, etc.).

In order for us to properly help you find a menu plan that is right for you, we need to determine your RMR.
